About Airporter
Airporter is a same-day luggage delivery service operating in major tourist areas across Japan. We deliver your luggage from the airport to your hotel, or from your hotel to the airport, all on the same day.
Available Delivery Routes
- Airport ⇔ Hotel (airport to hotel on arrival day)
- Hotel ⇔ Airport (hotel to airport on departure day)
- Hotel ⇔ Hotel (between hotels during your trip)
- Tokyo Station ⇔ Hotel (Tokyo only)
Service Areas
- Tokyo: 23 wards & Maihama (Haneda/Narita Airport, Tokyo Station)
- Osaka/Kyoto: Osaka city & 5 Kyoto wards (Kansai International Airport Terminal 1)
- Okinawa: Major areas served from Naha Airport
- Hokkaido: New Chitose Airport and Sapporo Chuo/Kita wards
How It Works
- Online booking & payment — Complete in advance on our website
- Upload photos & accommodation confirmation — Via link in your booking confirmation email (recommended but not required)
- Drop off at hotel front desk — Leave luggage by the specified time; inform staff that Airporter will collect it
- Photo notifications — Receive photo emails upon pickup and delivery completion
- Collection — Pick up at the designated airport counter or hotel
