Designated Locations Where Pickup and Drop-off Are Possible
With Airporter's service, luggage pickup and drop-off are basically conducted at the following designated locations.
- Hotel front desk (designated locations within accommodations)
- Airport counters (designated locations at major airports)
- Station reception counters (only at supported stations)
We do not accept luggage pickup or drop-off at locations other than these.
In the Tokyo and Kansai areas, we can accept collection from private lodging facilities (hotels without front desks or Airbnb, etc.) for an additional fee.
