Can I receive my luggage the day after or later?

The service varies depending on the delivery area.

How to use

1. Please select the storage service option when making your reservation.
2. Leave your luggage at the front desk of the designated hotel, airport counter, or station reception.
3. We will deliver your luggage to the specified delivery destination by the desired pickup date and time.

   By selecting "pickup at a later date" when making your reservation, you can choose to receive your luggage the next day or later.
   Storage is free for 10 days and can be stored for up to 14 days.
   * Storage at the airport is not available. A storage fee will be charged for every 24 hours after delivery.
   If you wish to use free storage, please be sure to select "pickup at a later date" and select the correct desired pickup date and time.

If you wish to pick up your luggage the day after or later, please contact customer support.

If you do not pick up your luggage on the airport delivery day, the prescribed storage fee will be charged.

In principle, same-day pickup only is available.
By paying the prescribed storage fee, pickup the day after or later is possible.
