- Terminal 1: 1F Arrival lobby, near Airporter counter (follow signs)
- Terminal 2: 1F Arrival lobby, near designated luggage area
- Terminal 3 (International): 1F Arrival lobby, Airporter counter
Narita International Airport
- Terminal 1: 1F Arrival lobby, Airporter counter near exit
- Terminal 2: 1F Arrival lobby, Airporter counter
- Terminal 3: 1F, near arrival exit
Tokyo Station
- Tokyo Station luggage storage service is available as an optional add-on. Details will be provided at booking.
