If you select the correct pick-up date and time when making your reservation, storage is possible for up to 14 days.
Storage is free for up to 10 days. From the 11th day onward, an extension fee of 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax) per item per night will be charged.

If you wish to pick up your luggage the day after or later, please contact Customer Support.If you do not pick up your luggage on the airport delivery date, the prescribed storage fee will be charged.
[Okinawa]
In principle, same-day pickup only is possible.
By paying the prescribed storage fee, pickup is possible the day after or later.
