Why Photos and Confirmation Documents Are Required
To ensure safe and accurate delivery, Airporter requires:
- Luggage photo: To identify your bags and prevent mix-ups
- Hotel booking confirmation: To verify your check-in/check-out dates and hotel address
How to Upload
- Complete your booking on the Airporter website or app.
- You will receive a booking confirmation email with an upload link.
- Click the link and upload your luggage photo and booking confirmation document.
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF (max 10MB per file)
Upload Deadline
Please upload all required documents at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of your booking.
Notes
- Make sure the hotel name, dates, and your name are clearly visible in the booking confirmation.
