What Is It?
A hotel booking confirmation document (also called a "reservation confirmation" or "booking voucher") is a document issued by your hotel or booking platform that confirms your reservation.
Why Does Airporter Require It?
We require this document to:
- Verify the hotel address for pickup or delivery
- Confirm your check-in and check-out dates
- Match your reservation with your luggage to prevent errors
What Should the Document Include?
The booking confirmation must clearly show:
- Your name (guest name)
- Hotel name and address
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
Where Can I Find It?
- Booking.com: In your email confirmation or "My Bookings" section
- Expedia / Hotels.com: In your account under "Trips"
- Direct hotel booking: The confirmation email sent by the hotel
- OTA (Klook, KKday, etc.): In the booking details page or email
Accepted Formats
PDF, screenshot (JPG/PNG), or printed copy – as long as the required information is clearly visible.
