Can Airporter Pick Up from Non-Hotel Locations?
Yes! In addition to hotels, Airporter can pick up luggage from the following locations:
- Short-term rental accommodations (Airbnb, Vrbo, vacation rentals, etc.)
- Offices / company locations
- Private homes / residences
Requirements for Non-Hotel Pickups
- The address must be within our service area
- You must be present (or designate someone) at the pickup location during the scheduled window
- For Airbnb/short-term rentals: please provide your reservation confirmation document (showing the address and your name)
How to Book
When booking on our website, select your accommodation type and enter the full address. If you are booking for an Airbnb or private residence, please upload your reservation confirmation when prompted.
Notes
- Some addresses in rural or restricted areas may not be available for pickup.
- If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact our support team before booking.
